Return Policy

For any orders that have been shipped, customers may request a return within 7 days after the product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer must return the product(s) to our service center. The return must be postmarked within 7 days after requesting the refund. For example, a customer who requests a refund but waits 3 weeks before dropping it into the mail will not be entitled to a refund. We reserve the right to keep the returned parcel or ship it back to the customer in such circumstances. 

Custom made tinted lenses or prescription lenses are not eligible for a refund as they are fabricated specifically to the customers specifications and/ or prescription and can not be reused.

Shipping Fees are not eligible for a refund.  If a customer requests a refund within the 7 day period for a purchase that had free shipping, our shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

First, email us at info@oneeyewear.com.  We will reply with an address to ship the product back to. You, the customer, will bear the cost of the return shipment and all associated costs of such a return will be at your sole expense.  

When we receive the return at our service center, we will inspect the product. The product must be free of defects, damage, disassembly, or any type of alteration as a result of abuse or misuse. If the returned product is approved for refund after inspection, the refund will be made to your original purchasing method.
